A Secured Credit Card is Often the First Step

Hey everybody,

I’m Keith Meredith and I wanted to give you instructions on how to get a secured credit card so we can boost your score to at least a 620, (thats what lenders are looking for to in order to get financing for the FHA program or the USDA program, it will give you about a 30 or 40 point jump in your score. The website is www.creditcards.com, click on bad credit to left, and then go to the second page, that’s where most of the secured credit cards are… make sure the card says secured… the rate will be high, but that’s okay, its for a greater purpose. Make sure it says that it reports to all 3 bureaus. Give them 300$’s…(probably a check by phone, or a wire) that’s what makes it secured (the cash) you will probably get the card with about 50$’s charged already in fees. Charge about 40$’s extra on it to keep the balance at about 90$’s which is 30% (the optimal percentage to boost your score). By doing this we are establishing your credit and it shouldn’t be too long before we can get you where we need to. Hang in there! I will help get you where you need to be for your financing needs.

Committed to your success,

Keith Meredith
